Jim Hunter has been an executive in the multifamily industry for over 39
years. During his tenure he has acted as Vice President of the Apartment
Association in Long Beach, President of the Contra Costa Apartment
Association, Vice President of the California Apartment Association,
Chairman of the National Supplier's Council and Executive Committee of
the National Apartment Association and Vice President of the California
Multi-Housing Laundry Association. He has a Bachelor's degree from the
University of Arizona and an MBA from California State University Long
Beach.
